The Equivalent was an installation commissioned to celebrate the launch of the Transmission Gallery’s archive room. The installation comprised of a series of twelve short prose pieces written in response to items found in the archive. These texts were printed on tissue paper and then illuminated with: foil blocking, spray paint, fluorescent ink and silver leaf before being mounted flush to the exterior wall of the new archive room.
