In this short video the clerical position of Youth Administrator has been taken by a series of anonymous individuals. The narrator, a Senior Administrator, observes the Youth Administrator’s character emerge through a small act of theft.

Youth Administrator was commissioned as part of an installation for the exhibition Dr Sinclair’s Drawer.
